‘A lot of stress’ | Family frustrated as Telstra cuts elderly woman’s phone lines

A 90-year-old woman with Alzheimer’s has been left unable to contact her family after Telstra cut both of her landlines.

Gina, her daughter, contacted 3AW Drive about the issue.

She said she had been seeking a resolution to the matter since September.

“They keep telling me they’re going to fix it and that they are looking into it,” she said.
