A digital strategist says a new social media trend telling young people to “act their wage” at work hasn’t really caught on in Australia.

It encourages people to do the bare minimum at work if they are on a low wage.

But Nicole Jameson told Tom Elliott it was more of a “thing” in the United States.

“They don’t really have good workplace relations, like we do here,” she said.
