ADHD advocates ‘strongly support’ government proposal

The Australian government is considering classing ADHD as a disability and adding it to the National Disability Insurance Scheme.

Michael Kohn, chair of ADHD Australia, said the organisation “strongly supported” the proposal.

He said some one million Australians lived with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
