Advice on whether now is a good time to buy, renovate or take on a mortgage

With rising interest rates and inflationary pressures, the housing market landscape is quickly changing.

But it also means house prices are falling.

Tom Elliott spoke with Andy Kerr, NAB executive for homeownership, to find out whether now was in fact a good time to get involved.
