AEC spokesperson Evan Ekin-Smyth has issued a message to the public ahead of tomorrow’s Voice to Parliament referendum.

Mr Ekin-Smyth told Neil Mitchell already over five million Australians have voted in the pre-polls, with over one million expected to vote today before the booths open from 8am until 6pm tomorrow.

He said it’s been a “difficult, complex, large-scale and logistical exercise” to make sure there’s enough ballot papers, but ensured the 3AW Mornings host everything should run smoothly.
