AFL boss Gillon McLachlan reveals on 3AW he’s been drug tested

AFL chief Gillon McLachlan says he gets drug tested.

The head of the AFL revealed on 3AW the same drug policies that apply to players also apply at AFL headquarters.

McLachlan hit back at some of the ‘insane’ commentary surrounding the league’s policy during his regular spot with Neil Mitchell on 3AW.

The league’s chief executive said management was tested, just like the players.

‘I’ve been drug tested,’ McLachlan told Neil Mitchell on Friday.

‘All our management team is subject to the same policy.

‘What’s good for the goose, is good for the gander.’
