AFL legend set to auction premiership guernsey for charity
AFL legend Gary Ablett Jr is set to auction off his guernsey worn in Geelong’s 2009 premiership triumph to raise awareness and funds for Compassion Australia’s Mums and Babies appeal.
Head of Auction Operations at Lloyds Auction House, Anthony McLeod, says “it’s a very special cause and something that’s definitely worth raising funds for in our opinion”.
The guernsey also hasn’t been washed since game day!
