AFL’s biggest fan crowned

A diehard North Melbourne teenager has won the title of AFL’s biggest fan, winning tickets to every 2017 Toyota Final match played in Melbourne.

Neil Mitchell and AFL boss Gillon McLachlan sorted through photos of fans decked out in their team colours and deemed 13-year-old Roos fan Liam Bradley the winner.

The pair gave the good news to Liam’s dad David on 3AW Mornings today.

“That is fantastic, just fantastic,” David said.

“It’s his birthday on Sunday so he’ll be really rapt.”

David said his son is a North Melbourne supporter ‘through and through’.

“He wants to be Boomer Harvey one day, he’s quite a good little footballer.”

David and Liam have won two tickets to every footy final played here in Melbourne, including the Grand Final, tickets to the Grand Final Eve breakfast and a double pass to the 3AW Grand Final Day VIP Area.

Congratulations!
