Perth’s new 60,000 seat stadium has the footy world buzzing, with many AFL fans eager to watch their team there next season.

But Ross Stevenson has learned it’s far from a certainty.

He said the AFL and Western Australian government were still at loggerheads over an agreement.

“These negotiations are on the verge of completely falling apart, which would see AFL return to Subiaco,” Ross said.
