AFLW draftee speaks on the importance of playing footy from a young age

GWS Giants have selected Northern Knights’ Scarlett Johnson with the first pick in the 2025 AFLW draft.

The newest Tiger joined 3AW’s Emilia Fuller and was asked about how important playing from a young age was for her development.

“It definitely gives us girls an advantage compared to those who started a bit late,” Johnson said on 3AW Football.
