Impassioned plea from African community leader after wave of ‘senseless killings’

An African community leader has shared an impassioned nine-minute video begging for an end to violence after a wave of tragic stabbing deaths in Melbourne.
Community advocate Hanad Hersi says “kids are dropping like flies” and he fears “more young people will die” if no action is taken.
His extraordinary plea for peace comes after 18-year-old Hashim Mohamed was killed in a brutal knife attack at St Kilda beach on Sunday night.
