US Actress and model Amber Heard is really enjoying Barnaby Joyce’s misfortune.

Joyce showed no mercy to Heard and her former partner, Hollywood star Johnny Depp, when the pair smuggled their dogs, Pistol and Boo, into Australia without the animals going through quarantine.

Joyce said “no one is above the law” and negotiated for the pair to record a contrite apology video.

Well, Ms Heard has found schadenfreude in the news that Mr Joyce is now facing a legal issue of his own, learning that he is a dual citizen.

“When Barnaby Joyce said “no one is above the law” I didn’t realize he meant New Zealand law,” she tweeted this morning.

“To comfort Mr. Joyce in his hour need, I have sent him a box of New Zealand’s finest kiwi fruit (assuming this passes his biosecurity laws).”
