Ambulance Victoria release powerful video message following Bourke Street tragedy

Paramedics have released an incredibly powerful and moving video two weeks on from the Bourke Street tragedy.

They wanted to say thank you to the members of the public who helped in the effort to save lives on the day.

Ambulance Victoria CEO Tony Walker told Neil Mitchell the spirit of the community shone beautifully on the day.

‘I was crying when I saw it, it was incredibly powerful which has come from the hearts of the paramedics who genuinely wanted to say thank you to the community,’ he said.

‘One thing they kept saying was…we didn’t get to thank them.’
