Andrew Katos speaks with Neil Mitchell about his weight loss

The Liberal MP fat-shamed by the Premier last year has since lost 33 kilograms.

Andrew Katos was on the receiving end of a verbal barb from Daniel Andrews during question time, when Mr Andrews responded to a statement by saying it was the ‘first time anyone had said they didn’t see him (Katos) coming.’

The Premier later apologised.

Mr Katos told Neil Mitchell on Wednesday the comment still hurt, but it wasn’t the main reason he wanted to lose weight.
