Another Jetstar plane malfunction leaves passengers stranded

Another Jetstar plane malfunction has left passengers stranded.
Jetstar flight JQ64 from Ho Chi Minh City to Melbourne has been delayed due to an issue with an aircraft door.
Passengers had to board, then return to the terminal, only to have to re-board again before being told the flight would not be leaving.

“We’re literally just sitting on the floor here on the tiles not sure what was going on,” Dean Debattista told Ross and Russel from Tan Son Nhat International Airport.
“It’s 4am now here, we’re just stranded.
“It’s pretty crap that we weren’t in the loop, really.”
The airline now says a part may need to be flown in from Singapore.
Customers are being provided with hotel accommodation and other reasonable expenses.
The flight is expected to depart tonight.
It comes just days after passengers on a Jetstar flight from Bangkok to Melbourne were stuck on the tarmac at Alice Springs for more than seven hours.
