Another Melbourne venue targeted in brazen arson attack

Two teenagers have been arrested following an arson attack in Southbank early Friday morning.

Police say the pair arrived at a licensed venue on Southbank Boulevard armed with machetes and jerry cans, sparked a fire, and fled the scene within moments.
