Another telco experiences phone outages
Telstra customers on Tuesday reported issues accessing some phone a services.
Thousands of people reported the problems, which were fixed by Tuesday afternoon.
Tech expert Charlie Brown says communication was key when it came to major telco outages, praising Telstra for how they immediately acknowledged the issue.

“The main thing is when this happens, you need to tell everyone (the service) has gone down,” he told 3AW Drive.
“And you have to fix it very quickly, which they have done.”
