‘Answer the public!’: Jacqui Felgate questions issues plaguing Royal Children’s Hospital expansion

Jacqui Felgate has revealed the Royal Children’s Hospital expansion has been delayed due to building design flaws.
Designs to the emergency department, which would have resulted in 20 new beds, showed the doors were too small to fit beds.
“How bad are these issues with clinical functionality and safety … And where is the additional $25 million going?” she asked.
