Anthony Albanese pays tribute to Queen Elizabeth
Prime Minister Anthony Albanese says he regarded meeting Queen Elizabeth II as “a great honour” and her death will be felt “deeply” in Australia.
“She was quite a character,” he told Neil Mitchell.

Earlier this morning, Mr Albanese addressed the nation after news of Her Majesty’s death broke.
Mr Albanese said there’s comfort to be found in Her Majesty’s own words: “Grief is the price we pay for love”.
