Anthony Albanese’s request that Mark Allen thinks is ‘a bit rich’

The Albanese government has asked state premiers to help foot an estimated $100 million bill to send an Adelaide astronaut into space.

3AW Breakfast host Mark Allen said that he could not believe the federal government thought Victoria had spare cash lying around.

“I’m not sure whether Albo has noticed or not, but we’re broke here in Victoria, we’re broke,” he said.
