‘Appalling customer service’: Tom Elliott’s ‘shocking’ encounter with Telstra

Tom Elliott has voiced his concerns with Telstra’s customer service, while trying to fix a problem with his home wi-fi.

The 3AW Mornings host said “some of what Telstra did for me was excellent, some was absolutely appalling”.

“That, my friends, is appalling customer service,” he said.
