Arnott’s under fire from angry ‘Shapes’ lovers following new recipe change

Arnott’s says it will dump its controversial new Shapes recipe, should people power talk.

The maker of the much-loved biscuit has come under attack this week for tweaking with its recipe.

Social media sites have gone into meltdown over the changes, with over 60,000 complaints posted online.

Communications Manager Nicky Thomson told Neil Mitchell ‘consumers would decide’ whether it stayed.

‘It’s very early days,’ she said.

‘We’re listening to all the feedback.

‘As long as people are buying both, both will remain available.’
