Arsonists have allegedly targeted the same Docklands restaurant twice in three days, the first attack coming on Saturday morning, and then again this morning.

More than 60 residents living above the restaurant in New Quay Promenade had to be evacuated on Saturday.

Then again this morning in a second attack, this time destroying the premises.
