NO MORE BETS!

That’s it, folks.

The trade period is done and dusted for another year.

Here you’ll find all the news that mattered over the past fortnight.

1:50pm: The Western Bulldogs have sent Michael Talia and pick 69 to Sydney for the Swans’ fourth-round selection next year.

1.40pm: Chris Yarran is a Tiger. Richmond has given Carlton pick 19.

Meanwhile, GWS has exchanged picks with Collingwood.

The Giants get picks 34, 53, and 63, while the Pies receive picks 27, 66, 77, and 84.

1.30pm: Carlton has received pick 11 and a 2016 third-rounder from the Bulldogs, for picks 20, 21, and a 2016 fourth-rounder.

1.20pm: West Coast has sent picks 36 and 37 to Sydney in exchange for pick 23.

12.30pm: James Aish has become a Magpie in a complicated trade, involving North Melbourne trading Ryan Bastinac to Brisbane.

Brisbane has also received 2016’s second-round pick from Collingwood and picks 38 and 40 from North.

The Lions have sent picks 17 and 26 to North – the latter having come from Collingwood for Aish.

Finally, North has given Collingwood picks 34 and 53 in exchange for picks 28 and 47.

Get your head around that.

10.50am: Hawthorn has acquired GWS’ pick 48 in exchange for picks 55 and 58.

Wednesday, October 21.

4.50pm: Melbourne has traded draft picks 10, 43 and 64 to GWS for Tomas Bugg and Pick 7. The Demons now hold picks 3 and 7 in the draft.

4.40pm: Hawthorn has brought in Jack Fitzpatrick, sending pick 94 to Melbourne.

4:30pm: Adam Treloar is finally a Magpie. Collingwood has given the Giants picks 7, 62 and its first-round selection next year in exchange for the talented midfielder and pick 28.

1:10pm: It’s all happening with the Blues! Carlton has sent picks 28, 77, 95 and the 2016 first-round pick it received for Lachie Henderson to GWS. The Giants have given Carlton pick 8, as well as four players. Lachie Plowman, Jed Lamb, Liam Sumner and Andrew Phillips are now Carlton players.

10.20am: St Kilda has landed Jake Carlisle and pick 14. Essendon has received picks 5, 24, and former Swan Craig Bird, while Sydney has received picks 23 and 44.

Tuesday, October 20.

4.30pm: A few stalemates appear to be over. Charlie Dixon has got his wish and been traded to Port Adelaide. Gold Coast gets picks 10 and 31 in this year’s draft, as well as two second-round choices next season.

Richmond will get pick 19, which it is likely to send to Carlton for Chris Yarran.

A deal which will send Essendon utility Jake Carlisle to St Kilda also appears imminent.

12.10pm: Collingwood has traded Nathan Freeman and pick 68 to St Kilda for pick 63 and a second-round pick in 2016.

Monday, October 19.

6pm: Essendon ruckman Jonathan Giles has been traded to West Coast for pick 57. The Bombers have also sent pick 62 to the Eagles.

4.50pm: Collingwood has landed Jeremy Howe. Melbourne has snared Ben Kennedy. Jimmy Toumpas has gone to Port Adelaide. Paul Seedsman is now a Crow. Draft picks will be exchanged as well.

1.30pm: North has given Daniel Currie to Gold Coast, who have shipped Zac Smith to Geelong. Geelong has given pick 49 to the Suns and pick 53 to North.

12pm: Brisbane list manager Peter Schwab has confirmed that Jarrad Jansen and Josh Walker will be brought in from Geelong in exchange for a future third-round draft pick.

10.40am: The first trade of Week 2 had gone through, with Carlton’s Tom Bell becoming a Lion. Carlton has sent Bell and pick 41 to Brisbane for picks 21 and 60.

Friday, October 16.

6:30pm: Collingwood star Travis Cloke told 3AW he felt sorry for Jake Carlisle, who is currently at the centre of a trade period tug-of-war.

1pm: GWS has traded Jacob Townsend to Richmond for pick 70. The Giants have also thrown in pick 120 (talk about steak knives).

12pm: As 3AW’s Sam ‘Scoop’ McClure predicted a month ago, Adelaide has traded its second round draft pick to GWS for Curtly Hampton.

11am: North Melbourne has landed Hawthorn youngster Jed Anderson. The Roos have sent pick 15 and 54 to the Hawks, in exchange for Anderson, as well as picks 38 and 40.

Thursday, October 15.

6.30pm: St Kilda and Jake Carlisle have hosed down reports linking him with a move to Hawthorn. The Saints and Carlisle’s manager released a statement, saying they would ‘continue to work’ with the Bombers to get a deal done.

6:15pm: Essendon list manager Adrian Dodoro told 3AW he was ‘hoping’ Jake Carlisle would agree to a Hawthorn move.

4pm: It’s been an active day for the Bombers. Matthew Leuenberger has officially joined the club on a three-year deal as a free agent after Brisbane failed to match Essendon’s offer.

2pm: Essendon has traded midfielder Jake Melksham to Melbourne for pick 25. The Bombers have also reportedly received an offer from Hawthorn for Jake Carlisle, despite Carlisle declaring he wants to join St Kilda.

Wednesday, October 14.

7pm: Geelong list manager tells 3AW the Cats ‘haven’t got a whole lot’ to give up for Zac Smith.

6pm: Geelong ruckman Dawson Simpson has joined GWS as a free agent.

5pm: West Coast has traded young ruckman Callum Sinclair to Sydney for Lewis Jetta.

2.30pm: Harley Bennell has been traded to Fremantle. The troubled Gold Coast midfielder has been sent to the Dockers, along with pick 22, in exchange for selections 16 and 35 in this year’s national draft.

He’s signed a three-year deal, a move Bennell labelled ‘exciting’. He has promised to ‘knuckle down’ and focus on his footy.

1pm: Talented father-son prospect Bailey Rice has reportedly chosen St Kilda over Carlton as his preferred AFL destination.

The 18-year-old backman could have selected either club under father-son rules, with his father Dean playing more than 100 games for both the Saints and Blues.

10am: Lachie Henderson has been traded to Geelong in exchange for the club’s 2016 first-round draft pick.

In a statement this morning, Carlton confirmed the trade deal with Geelong. It’s the first deal to involve a ‘future’ pick.

Tuesday, October 13.

3.15pm: This tweet from Collingwood coach Nathan Buckley might set tongues wagging. The Pies and GWS appear to be at loggerheads over their deal for Adam Treloar, leading some to conclude there might have been an ulterior motive behind this post from Buckley.

Monday, October 12.

6pm: West Coast says it’s been ‘disrespected’ after receiving a second round draft choice (pick 37) as compensation for Scott Selwood. The Eagles are furious.

3.30pm: It’s been a big day for Geelong, with Scott Selwood the latest player to confirm a move to the Cats. West Coast has announced it will not match Geelong’s offer to the free agent. Selwood joins older brother Joel at Geelong.

2.28pm: Matthew Suckling has been officially unveiled as a Western Bulldogs player after joining the club via free agency.

12.59pm: Patrick Dangerfield is a Geelong player.

Adelaide has confirmed it has received pick 9 and 28, as well as untried youngster Dean Gore in exchange for the gun midfielder.

The Crows have also sent their third round pick – selection No.50 – to Geelong.

3AW Football’s Mick Warner was first across the details of the deal on Monday morning.
