At least 20 people killed and 50 injured after Italy train smash
At least 20 people are dead and 50 others injured after two passenger trains collided head-on in Italy.
The crash happened on a single stretch of track in countryside near an olive field in the south of the country between Corato and Andria.
The impact was so forceful several carriages were flung into the air and ripped apart.
The extensive damage made it hard for crews to reach the injured.
There are conflicting reports as to what caused the crash.
