Tax cheats who don’t declare all of their income are being caught out – on Facebook. 

The Australian reports the tax office has begun looking at social media posts, to see whether are person’s lifestyle matches their declared income. 

The ATO is also using private school enrolments and immigration records, in the crackdown which has netted $10 billion in a year.
