Aussie tourists make lucky escape on their way to Gallipoli

More than 40 Australian and New Zealand tourists on their way to Gallipoli have had a lucky escape after the bus they were on burst into flames.

The group, consisting mainly of young backpackers, were told to flee by the driver when he spotted smoke coming from the engine.

They all watched on as the bus quickly caught fire.

Nobody is believed to have been injured.

All their luggage was destroyed.
