Australia Post customers detail bizarre delivery routes and major delivery delays
Australia Post customers are complaining of major delivery delays and delivery routes which make no sense.
One caller, Courtney claims she ordered an item from Hawthorn to be delivered to Kew and it’s currently on the other side of the country.
“I ordered a decal … from the next suburb over, so from Hawthorn to Kew and its ended up in Perth, WA,” she told Jacqui Felgate.

Australia Post says the “vast majority” of parcels safely arrive at their destination in a statement read out on air.
“They deliver 9.5 million parcels a week and 95 per cent get to their destination and they meet their service delivery standards,” she said.
