A new show about old people doing things you thought they wouldn’t, or maybe shouldn’t do, is coming to the Melbourne International Comedy Festival.

Written by Australian actor Alan Hopgood, Never Too Old is a health-comedy, based on a true story that appeared in The Age.

Speaking on 3AW Afternoons, Alan said the show has ‘lifted the lid’ on geriatric sex.

‘This play is not just about the sex aspect, it’s about the respect for people as they get older.’

See Alan Hopgood, Kirsty Child & Matthew King in Never Too Old, at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival from the 4th-9th April. Tickets on sale now via comedyfestival.com.au
