Australian athletes well prepared against Zika virus

There have been calls for the Rio Olympic Games to be cancelled or moved, due to the threat of the Zika virus.

The Medical Director of the Australian Olympic Team, Dr David Hughes says that every Olympics have its challenges and the Australian team in 2016 are well prepared.

‘I think the A Olympic team is as well prepared as any team could be for mosquito born infections of which Zika is one,’ he said.
