Australian comedian forced to defend show that pokes fun at autism
An Australian comedian has been forced to defend her show at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival that pokes fun at autism.
Nikki Osborne has come under fire in some quarters for her show.
She has a young son with autism.
“That’s the way you overcome your struggles in life – you learn to laugh at them,” she told Tom Elliott.
“If you don’t laugh. You end up crying.”
