Australian mine-clearing expert killed in Iraq

An Australian mine-clearing expert has been killed in northern Iraq.

The man had been attempting to defuse an improvised explosive device planted by Islamic State north of Baghdad.

He was leading a team of 30 from the not-for-profit Swiss Foundation for Mine Action.
