Australian Olympic swimmer Kyle Chalmers to undergo heart surgery

Olympic swimmer Kyle Chalmers will undergo urgent heart surgery.

Chalmers suffers from an existing condition called SVT, which he has battled for his entire life.

The 18-year-old will be forced to miss the Budapest world championships in July.

His doctors are confident he’ll make full recovery.
