Australians with ADHD are attempting to use their condition to challenge or avoid parking fines.

This comes after it was revealed that 44 per cent of people on the NDIS have ADHD as their primary disability.

“I’m not sure I really buy this,” Tom Elliott said.

Former chair of ADHD Australia and one of the country’s leading ADHD experts, Professor Michael Kohn, then weighed in on the story that Tom Elliott highlighted.

“I do think there needs to be consideration and accommodation for those that have ADHD,” Professor Kohn said.
