Australians spending almost 13 hours a week on Facebook, study finds

Australians are spending almost 13 hours a week on Facebook.
It’s an increase of four hours on last year.
Alice Mentiplay from Sensis Marketing said their study showed 18 to 29 year olds were the heaviest users, with 90 per cent now on social media.
‘Men are more likely to use LinkedIn, Twitter and Snapchat and women are much more likely to use visual platforms like Pinterest,’ she explained.
‘The report also found women prefer to use social media at home, while men are more likely to use it in outdoor locations like work or the gym.’
