Australia’s most controversial animal activist says she’s moved to Melbourne because police in Victoria are more tolerant to her protests than in Western Australia.

And she’s already promised to target some of the state’s biggest events.

Tash Peterson told Neil Mitchell she had been the target of “draconian” measures by police in WA.

“I think it’s a lot easier for me to protest over east,” she said.
