Author of the sleep revolution, Ariana Huffington, tells us her tricks to getting a great night of shut eye

Sleeping hacks are always welcome to the sleep deprived 3AW Breakfast team.

This morning Ross and John were joined by Ariana Huffington, co-founder and editor-in-chief of the Huffington Post and author of ‘The Sleep Revolution: Transforming your life, One Night at a Time.’

She told the boys how to get a good night’s sleep. 

First, you have to convince yourself that getting 7-9 hours of sleep a night is essential for productivity and happiness. 

She also said the most important hack was a non-negotiable.
