Bacchus Marsh property sells for eyewatering amount

Tom Elliott has been left stunned after a Bacchus marsh house (albeit on a big block of land) sold for almost $2 million.

It went for $1.8 million, some $620,000 over its reserve.

Mark Shelly, Stockdale and Leggo Bacchus March Director, said the figure took them by surprise.

“We certainly were (surprised),” he said.
