Bachar Houli sent straight to the tribunal
The AFL tribunal will sit for the first time this year, with Bachar Houli to answer a striking charge.
Richmond’s rebounding defender was reported after collecting Carlton’s Jed Lamb high in an incident which left Lamb concussed.
The Match Review Panel opted to send Houli straight to the tribunal.
In other news, the MRP sided with Clayton Oliver’s version of events following his much-discussed clash with Will Schofield.
Schofield has been suspended for a week, despite many people claiming Oliver had staged.
North Melbourne’s Ben Cunnington was also suspended for one match.
