Bagpipes at Bournemouth bus stops keeps homeless people away

An English council has come up with a unique way of keeping homeless people away from local bus shelters.

The answer? Bagpipes.

Bournemouth council has bagpipes playing on loop at bus stops in what councillor David Smith told Ross and John was a plan that had been working.

‘We’re quite delighted with the progress,’ he said on 3AW Breakfast.
