‘Balance is the best key’: Nutritionist weighs in on the carnivore diet
Clinical Nutritionist, Lexi Crouch, has weighed in on what she believes is a “very controversial topic” in the carnivore diet.
A carnivore diet involves eating red meat, poultry, fish, and eggs, and Ms Crouch claims she has “no doubt” the diet would work for some people, but believes society in general tend to rush into things when looking at health.
“Balance is the best key,” Ms Crouch told Tom Elliott.
