‘Be better’: Anthony Albanese called out over ‘arrogant’ radio exchange

Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has been called out over an “arrogant” exchange on a Hobart radio station.

Jacqui Felgate urged the nation’s leader to “be better” after responding to a question about a royal commission into deaths of women.

“What we need is a slightly less arrogant Prime Minister,” the 3AW Drive host said.

It’s been a “shocking” week for the PM according to Felgate, with veteran political commentator Barrie Cassidy providing some insight into the fallout of last week’s federal budget.
