At the awards night in Melbourne earlier this week, Hana-Lia Krawchuk (pictured above) was crowned the 2017 Telstra Australian Business Women’s Entrepreneur Award winner

She explained to the boys how her business, Love to Dream, was created.

“In 2008 my beautiful son was born and he did not sleep for more than 45 minutes at a time,” Hana said.

“We were desperate for a solution to get him to sleep.”

Hana created a type of baby’s sleepwear where infants’ arms are secured by their sides, rather than trapped in a traditional swaddle.

The business now has a turnover of $30 million and exports to 45 countries.
