Victoria Police is mourning the loss of one of its most ‘brave, fearless and loyal’ members – Diesel.
The beloved police dog, handled by leading senior constable Mark Gray, died on Sunday as a result of ongoing medical issues.
The dog was involved in 120 arrests between 2009 and 2016 and police said he came from a strong bloodline of police dogs with his father and three half-brothers also serving Victoria Police.
