Bespectacled thug wanted over Werribee knife threats
Police are hunting bespectacled man who threatened two people with a knife at a busy Werribee intersection.
Detectives have been told the incidents happened near the intersection of Watton Street and Cherry Street about 6.45pm on Saturday, June 30 .
The man threatened two people within five minutes, demanding money and other property.
He was chased away by a witness without stealing anything.
He was last seen in the vicinity of Railway Avenue and Glen Street, Werribee.
Investigators have released an image of a man they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.
