‘Big development’ in search for missing Ballarat jogger

There’s been a “big development” in the search for missing Ballarat East woman Samantha Murphy.

The 51-year-old was last seen leaving her house for a run at about 7am on Sunday.

Nine News reporter Mimi Becker said there’s been a “big development” today in the search for the missing woman.

Police have released footage of a woman they believe is Ms Murphy running at 7.16am on Eureka Street. Residents in the surrounding area are being asked to review their CCTV footage between 7.00am and 11.00am.
