‘Bit dumb’: Essendon in spotlight after strange scheduling of pre-season event

Essendon has been called out for scheduling their pre-season family day outside of school holidays.

The popular event will take place on February 4 from 4pm, just days after kids return to school.

Caller Matt alerted Tom Elliott to the awkward scheduling, with the 3AW Mornings host also receiving a separate email about the same event.
