BLOG: T20 2 Australia vs Sri Lanka at Kardinia Park, Geelong

Sri Lanka wins by 2 wickets with no balls remaining to claim the series 2-0.

A cricketing miracle.  It was a cold and wet day for the first international cricket match at Kardinia Park but  those listening and watching around Australia would have been delighted to witness an extraordinary result unfold.  Tim Lane suggested the visitors were seemingly in the grave but a heroic unbeaten 84 (46) from Gunaratne brought Sri Lanka victory on the final ball for the second time in two matches.
