The BMW stolen in terrifying fashion at Reservoir on Tuesday has smashed into a pub at Laverton.

3AW Breakfast was alerted to the crash on Thursday morning.

The car slammed into Club Laverton, just off the Princes Freeway at Laverton.

Police have since confirmed it was the BMW they were looking for.

A 20-year-old Altona North man was arrested as he tried to run away from the scene.

It’s believed another man escaped.
