Bob Carr warns Donald Trump is an ‘angry’ man

Former foreign minister Bob Carr fears Donald Trump is an ‘angry man’ not up to the task as president.

He said he’s a bully with a limited capacity to understand difficult concepts.

Bob Carr: I believe it is. That’s a considered view, I hope I’m wrong.

Mr Carr said while it was important not to be alarmist, the threat of America’s nuclear arsenal in Trump’s hands was cause for concern. 

But he said there were a number of more immediate risks such as a trade war with China.
